Poise & Polish offers a 7-day warranty on nail fixes where the issue is a result of the nail technician’s workmanship. Clients are required to notify Poise & Polish within this 7-day period should any such issue arise. Failure to do so will result in the service being chargeable.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not include any expired discounts or specials.
A 24-hour notice period is required for cancellation or rescheduling or no-show of any appointments. Should notice not be given prior to this period, a 50% fee for all services missed will apply and a digital payment link will be sent for settlement.
Prices are subject to change without notice at any time for whatever reason.
Poise & Polish will not be held liable for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur on or related to our services or premises.
